Terms & Conditions

Guests will be charged the total amount of the first night's stay on the day of booking in order to hold the reservation. Any reservation made with an invalid credit card will be voided and cancelled. The remaining balance will be playable by cash or a valid credit or debit card upon arrival.

All Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book a room. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Upon arrival, all Guests must present a valid, government ID (a passport of out of state driver's license). Please note that we do not accept New York State residents.

Full payment, including taxes, will be collected at check-in.
